These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered on this website, establishing the rights and obligations of both parties (company and customer).

  1. The customer selects the desired products and adds them to the cart.
  2. Before the end of the purchase, the prices will be shown with taxes included and the applicable shipping costs.
  3. The purchase will be formalized when you complete the payment and receive confirmation by email.

SPAIN - PORTUGAL

  • Standard shipping: 24 / 48 working hours. Free on orders exceeding 60 €. For lower amounts, shipping costs of 5.95 €.

BALEAR ISLANDS

  • Cost: 9.95 €. Delivery between 2 and 3 working days.

CANARIAN ISLANDS

  • Cost: 14.95 €. Delivery between 5 and 6 working days.
  • Shipments shall be managed on the following working day upon confirmation of the order.
  • In promotional periods, time limits may be slightly delayed.

Collection in store

  • Free. Available in 24h from order confirmation.

If you wish to allow the collection by another person, you must inform the person beforelabolsadeestrazapalencia@gmail.com, indicating order number and data of the authorised person.

  1. Availability of stock

There may sometimes be a timely lack of stock due to the sale in physical store.
If an item is not available in the preparation of the order, the customer shall be notified, who may choose:

  • Replace with another product of equal value; or
  • Request reimbursement of the corresponding amount.
  1. Changes and returns
  • 15 days from receipt of the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, with labels and accessories included, and without signs of use.
  • No changes or returns are allowed in: suits, ties, straw, straps, twins, jewelry, pajamas, underwear, socks, swimwear and perfumery products.
  • Section garmentsLast Days, Final Remate, Special Prices or Outletonly allow changes, not returns.

Refund costs:shall be taken over by the customer, who shall send the garment by the messenger of his choice to:

The Straza Stock Exchange is not responsible for lost shipments. Once the product has been received and revised, the amount of the goods will be returned (less initial shipping costs).
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the full amount shall be reimbursed within a maximum of 10 working days.

Changes / returns in physical store:
It can be managed directly at the premises, presenting the albaran / invoice within 15 days of receipt.
